Task

The production site in Jessenitz has been enlarged. The new production hall includes two levels which shall be connected via pallet conveyor technology in order to automate the material flow.

Solution

The pallet conveyor technology is designed in a way that not only transports from the first level to the ground level can be performed but also the other way round. There are corresponding accumulation sections on both levels for feed and pallet removal. The vertical transport is performed via automatic lift being assembled in a hopper. A corresponding section-related fire protection door was integrated. Pallet feed and removal happens by means of shaft-operated fork lift and every feed and removal section is equipped with three accumulation places in order to permit independent work in the ground floor as well as in the first level.
