Task

Due to constant growth, the space in the goods receipt and goods issue had become insufficient.at the company site Dr. August Wolff. A new building for goods receipt and –issue was constructed which had to be connected with the stock for raw materials and auxiliary products on the one hand and with the production on the other hand via automatic pallet conveyor technology.

Solution

Goods are checked at the goods receipt and receive a bar code including information where the pallet has to be transported to. After release, the pallet is centred and lead either to the stock for raw materials and auxiliary products or directly to the production. Subsequent to removal of the finished pallets to the goods issue and accumulation on accumulation lines, the remaining pallets are returned to the stock for raw materials/auxiliary products.
